I get a email from the Cooking Section from the New York Times almost every day. Someday’s it catches my eye and other days it just gets deleted. They cover the gambit on food ethnicities, styles, courses, etc.. Some days I may print out three for four recipes and other days it is merely inspiration. Spring has sprung which means Passover is coming which then means I crave Noodle Kugel. Yes, I know Noodle Kugel is not part of the Passover celebration but this is when I think of it. This is our ninth week. I love sharing with you all and hope that you are enjoying Strong Coffee to Red Wine. I would love any feedback you have to make this blog a “go to” spot each week. Upon our arrival in Charleston we discovered that there were a couple Indian restaurants that were decent but after living in Chicago that had a huge and thriving Indian food scene (I miss you Devon Ave.), decent just did not cut it.
