Avocado and A Reader Compliment

Spring is in full swing and life has gotten busy as ever. There is so much to blog about that my brain is swimming with stories, events, wine, and food. I have been I am working on a few posts that have soaked up several hours, and they are not close to ready. My All Green Salad is Bright and Flavorful

Don’t you just hate it when so much is happening that it feels like you can never get caught up? Such is where I am today and have been for the past couple of weeks. So yes, I know it has been over two weeks since the Dinner for Ten, but I have to tell you about my all green salad which was the perfect accompaniment to the rich and cheesy lasagna. Tarragon & The Dinner for Eight

* Saturday Dinner Club * It is my turn to host a wonderful group of friends for dinner.  We each take a turn at making a scratch dinner served along with lots of wine.  On Friday morning, I still did not know what I was going to make.
