Pulled Pork Tacos Goes Vietnamese. It’s Easy and Delicious

I get a email from the Cooking Section from the New York Times almost every day.  Someday’s it catches my eye and other days it just gets deleted.  They cover the gambit on food ethnicities, styles, courses, etc..
